Customer Service Representative

Are you bilingual and passionate about helping people? Our Human Resources division is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce. This role combines excellent service delivery with cultural sensitivity, ensuring all employees feel heard and valued.

Job Responsibilities
- Field inbound inquiries in both English and Spanish, providing clear guidance on HR policies, benefits enrollment, and payroll matters
- Translate and adapt HR communications to meet the needs of Spanish‑speaking employees
- Document interactions accurately in both language versions of the HR system
- Work closely with the diversity and inclusion team to identify service gaps and propose solutions
- Assist in creating bilingual resources and training materials for employees

Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts or willingness to learn quickly
- High school diploma; additional certifications or coursework in HR or languages a plus
