Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost‑forecasting models for multiple construction sites.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP, IoT sensors, and subcontractor reports using SQL and Excel.
- Produce weekly performance dashboards for project managers and senior leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and cost‑saving opportunities and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests and ensure data integrity across all sources.

Requirements
experience in data analysis, preferably in construction or related heavy‑industry sectors.
- Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Power Query), and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex results to non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with construction project lifecycle and key performance metrics is a plus.
