Job Responsibilities
- Extract and integrate data from learning management systems, assessments, and attendance logs.
- Create regular performance reports for teachers, parents, and district stakeholders.
- Perform predictive modeling to forecast student outcomes and identify at‑risk learners.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis for program evaluations and accreditation reviews.
- Train staff on data best practices and self‑service reporting tools.

Requirements
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
- Experience with statistical software (R, Python, or SPSS) and relational databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
