Data Analyst

We are looking for a process-oriented Data Analyst to optimize our data workflows and enhance the efficiency of our data management practices. This role is critical for building robust data foundations and ensuring the seamless flow of accurate information across our systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection and processing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across various data sources, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and data entry teams to ensure data governance and adherence to best practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of simple data pipelines or ETL processes.

Requirements
- Solid experience in data analysis with a focus on process optimization and automation.
- Strong SQL skills for database interaction and data transformation.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and automation is highly desirable.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data governance principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
