Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information with a high degree of accuracy

• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness

• Maintain confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

• Organize and manage digital files and spreadsheets

• Assist with basic data reporting and quality checks as needed

• Communicate effectively with internal staff via email and secure messaging platforms
