Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct variance analysis across multiple business units and report findings via virtual presentations.
- Develop and automate reporting templates using Google Sheets or Power BI.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to align financial forecasts with market realities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and flag risks early.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data integrity.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in finance or consulting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
