ZG Home Relief is actively seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Handyman to join our growing field operations team in Hanford, CA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks across various residential and commercial properties. Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
Deliver high-quality maintenance support by performing minor carpentry, assembly, painting, and drywall repairs.
Troubleshoot and handle basic household fixtures, simple plumbing adjustments, and minor electrical replacements.
Evaluate client maintenance requests and estimate materials required to finish tasks correctly on the first visit.
Complete daily work orders efficiently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch and property managers.
Operate and maintain a variety of manual and electric power tools safely, keeping all workspaces neat and secure.
Follow all workplace safety procedures, structural guidelines, and company property preservation policies.
High School Diploma or an equivalent educational credential.
Solid experience working as a handyman, building technician, or in general construction trades.
Exceptional physical stamina, with the capacity to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed.
Excellent customer service skills to interact courteously and professionally with homeowners and tenants.
Strong independent problem-solving skills and dependable time-management habits to stay on track daily.
