Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and needed structural repairs.
Execute general upkeep tasks including basic carpentry, minor plumbing adjustments, and simple electrical troubleshooting.
Maintain property exteriors and interiors to meet strict company quality guidelines and compliance standards.
Respond efficiently to daily service requests, managing your time well to ensure high client satisfaction.
Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power equipment, and mechanical systems required for daily jobs.
High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
Strong physical stamina, including the capacity to lift heavy items and work comfortably in varied weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors, tenants, and property management staff.
Prior experience in property management, construction trades, or facility upkeep is a major asset.
