Pharmacist

Tech in co is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care, directly impacting patient well-being through expert medication management and counseling.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify patient information to prevent errors.
- Provide comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling on proper drug usage, potential side effects, and adherence.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in a clinical, retail, or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail for medication safety.
