We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engineering, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of complex IT systems and custom software builds. You will act as the vital bridge between client business goals and production-ready technical execution.
Project Lifecycle: Own the project onboarding roadmap, guiding cross-functional workflows from initial discovery and strategy through design, agile development, and ultimate launch.
Resource Management: Coordinate tasks among UI/UX designers, developers, and digital marketing experts to hit strict project timelines and maintain our high standards of 83.5% on-time delivery.
Client Engagement: Provide transparent technical assessments, clear success metrics, and realistic regular updates to clients.
Quality Assurance: Ensure delivered architecture scales effortlessly under heavy traffic and performs seamlessly without budget overruns.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience managing software development, web application, or digital transformation projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Skills: Exceptional risk management, timeline structuring, and communication tools. Ability to embed deeply with technical teams to align engineering choices with client revenue goals.
