Job Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including physicians, nurses, and senior leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators and produce post‑implementation reports.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback and best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
