Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards while coordinating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish.

• Define project goals, timelines, deliverables, and required resources.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

• Assign tasks and coordinate activities among project team members.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

• Identify potential risks, issues, and delays and develop appropriate solutions.

• Communicate effectively with clients, management, vendors, and team members.

• Ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

• Conduct project meetings and coordinate follow-up activities.

• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and deliverables.

• Evaluate completed projects and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

• Previous project management or coordination experience.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with project management and office productivity software.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

• Relevant project management certification is a plus.
