Project Manager

Syscom Inc, a fast‑growing technology firm, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead software delivery initiatives across multiple product lines. You’ll partner with engineers, designers, and product owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate status updates to senior leadership and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing technology projects in an Agile environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
