Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of an office. They assist managers, employees, and visitors by handling a variety of tasks related to communication, organization, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
