As an appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in our client’s company success by qualifying patients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing exceptional customer service. Join us in delivering targeted marketing solutions for healthcare referral generation.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day:

• Qualifying potential patients

• Keeping track of client appointments

• Documenting patient interactions

• Handling patient follow-ups and reschedules

• Functioning in compliance with state and federal regulators & applying best practices. 

Skills You Need:

• Experience in sales or call center environments

• Familiarity with spreadsheets

• Excellent communication skills and grammar

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Experience in patient scheduling and calendar management

Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:

• HIPAA Compliance knowledge

• CRM knowledge

Pay and Perks:

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $30,000.00 to $40,000.00, depending on experience.
