Chinese Translator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chinese Translator to provide accurate and culturally appropriate translation between Chinese and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating written documents, interpreting conversations when required, and ensuring that the intended meaning, tone, and context are accurately communicated.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, emails, reports, contracts, presentations, and other materials between Chinese and English.

• Provide interpretation during meetings, calls, business discussions, and other professional engagements.

• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, culturally appropriate, and consistent with the original meaning.

• Proofread and edit translated materials for grammar, spelling, terminology, and overall quality.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-related information.

• Research industry-specific terminology and maintain accurate terminology databases or glossaries.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Assist with cross-cultural communication and help resolve language-related misunderstandings.
