Overview

ACA Sales Agent – REMOTE USA MUST BE LICENSED (2-15 / 2-40 Licensed)

Compensation plan 1 -starts November will use own NPN must have FL, TX, and GA need to be released or able to obtain a release

- $20 per effectuated ACA medical enrollment — PAID WEEKLY as enrollments are confirmed effectuated

- $2 per member, per month residual for every month your enrolled members keep their coverage active and paid, beginning the second month — build a book that keeps paying you after the season ends

- $10–$50 per ancillary policy (dental, vision, accident/hospital indemnity), based on product and premium

- Enrollment commissions are subject to reversal if a policy cancels or fails to effectuate within the first 90 days; residuals are paid as earned while coverage remains active

Compensation plan 2 - starts immediately no release needed will use NPN override need to be licensed in at least 5 states minimum. experienced agents can bypass the interview process and straight to onboarding.

-$15 to $25 per effectuated ACA medical enrollment — PAID WEEKLY as enrollments are confirmed effectuated

- CPA PERFORMANCE KICKER

+$2 per member if CPA is under $70

+$5 per member if CPA is under $60

- VOLUME KICKER

+$1 per member for 35+ members in a week

. +$2 per member for 60+ members in a week

·+$5 per member for 85+ members in a week

.· Dental compensation: 50% of the premium and 50% of the enrollment fee

LIFE UPSELL COMPENSATION

. $5 per transfer
