In this full-time role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and property preservation tasks. Perform routine home maintenance and minor repairs including carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
Assess property damage or maintenance needs and determine the most efficient, cost-effective repair methods.
Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned daily tasks.
Maintain clear communication with property managers, homeowners, and team members regarding project statuses.
Comply strictly with safety protocols, local building codes, and company quality guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
Prior experience in construction, property maintenance, or a related trade is highly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot physical structural issues and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
