In this full-time role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex plumbing and drainage systems across various residential and commercial properties. Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair water, drainage, waste, and gas plumbing systems.
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and structural schematics to determine layout designs for new plumbing installations.
Safely install, maintain, and replace pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and other essential system components.
Diagnose malfunctioning plumbing systems, leaks, and severe blockages using specialized testing devices and plumbing tools.
Strictly adhere to national, state, and local plumbing codes, alongside rigorous company safety guidelines.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and accurately document all completed maintenance logs and service work orders.
High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.
Successful completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or relevant trade school training program is highly valued.
Strong physical stamina, with the capacity to lift heavy items, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders daily.
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills combined with accurate verbal and written communication abilities.
Outstanding customer service habits to interact professionally with property management staff and residents.
