Job Summary:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health support and social services to patients and families. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; LCSW licensure preferred.
