Intuitive Health Services is hiring a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position in Ione, California (95640). This role is ideal for a compassionate mental health professional who is committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities through clinical assessment, counseling, and therapeutic intervention.
Provide evidence-based clinical social work services including psychosocial assessments, individual therapy, and treatment planning. Support patients dealing with mental health disorders, emotional challenges, trauma, and behavioral issues.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Conduct crisis intervention and provide immediate support during emergency mental health situations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Assist patients in accessing community resources, support programs, and long-term care services. Promote patient advocacy, emotional wellbeing, and recovery-focused care. Participate in case reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery.
Applicants must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in California. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate emotional resilience, professionalism, and the ability to manage complex clinical cases. Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is preferred. CPR/BLS certification may be required.
