Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to join our full-time clinical team in Susanville, CA. The therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families while supporting each client’s emotional well-being and treatment goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for relationship concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources.
• Respond appropriately to crisis situations and follow safety and reporting procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, licensing, and organizational standards.
• Active California LMFT license in good standing.
• Doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
