Imperial Locum is seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Technician for a full-time role in Corcoran, CA. As an associate-level professional within our growing healthcare team, you will provide critical support to patients requiring psychiatric care. This position offers a highly competitive rate of $51/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient behavioral changes or side effects.

• Provide direct therapeutic care, emotional support, and crisis intervention to individuals with mental health or developmental disorders.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and the broader healthcare team to implement treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient interactions, interventions, and vital signs.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Technician or equivalent qualification.

• Associate-level experience in a behavioral health, hospital, or psychiatric setting.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-de-escalation skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team environment.
