Job Summary:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Psychiatric Technician to provide direct patient care for individuals with mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient behavior, and supporting the mental and emotional well-being of patients under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Monitor and document patient behaviors, responses, and progress.
Provide direct care and support to patients, including personal care, safety, and therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care.
Support patients in daily living activities and coping strategies.
Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory and healthcare standards.
Participate in continuing education and training in psychiatric care practices.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Psychiatric Technology or related field.
Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Technician.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
