Job Description
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Psychiatric Technician to provide quality behavioral health support in a professional healthcare setting. The role involves monitoring patient behavior, assisting with daily care, supporting treatment plans, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document patient behavior and progress.

• Assist with daily living activities and care routines.

• Administer medications as permitted by license and facility policy.

• Support treatment and rehabilitation programs.

• Respond calmly to behavioral concerns or crisis situations.

• Work with nurses, physicians, and mental health teams.

• Maintain patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Active California Psychiatric Technician License.

• Associate degree or approved psychiatric technician training.

• Knowledge of mental health and patient care practices.

• Strong communication and observation skills.

• CPR/BLS preferred.

• Prior behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred.
