Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in a safe, respectful, and professional manner
• Monitor patient behavior, emotional status, and overall condition

• Support treatment plans, therapeutic activities, and crisis intervention when needed
• Document patient observations, progress, and any changes accurately

Qualifications:
