Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our full-time healthcare team in Atascadero, CA. The LVN will provide direct patient care, assist with treatment plans, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive clinical environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under appropriate supervision.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.
• Record patient information accurately and report significant changes promptly.
• Support registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, and basic care needs.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
• Maintain infection-control, privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence during care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved vocational nursing program.
• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
