Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse for a contract position in Chowchilla, CA. The LVN will provide direct nursing support, monitor patient health, and assist the clinical team in delivering safe, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the LVN scope of practice.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation.
• Report significant changes or concerns to registered nurses and physicians.
• Support individualized care plans and daily patient-care activities.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and basic health needs.
• Follow infection-control, safety, privacy, and emergency-response procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Associate degree or completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
