Intuitive Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our full-time healthcare team in Coalinga, CA. The LVN will provide direct nursing care, support treatment plans, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and patient-focused clinical environment.
• Monitor patients’ health, vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Administer medications and treatments under authorized clinical supervision.
• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and report significant changes promptly.
• Support physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and basic care instructions.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established safety procedures.
• Maintain infection-control, privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Assist patients with daily care needs while promoting comfort and dignity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved vocational nursing program.
• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Current BLS or CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
