As a Live Chat Agent. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who can connect with our community, foster a welcoming digital environment, and act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the vibrant spirit and opportunities available at our institution.

Job Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with website visitors, offering assistance and information about the School of Science & Technology.
- Cultivate positive relationships with prospective and current students, parents, and alumni through friendly and informative interactions.
- Articulate the unique benefits and offerings of our science and technology programs.
- Gather feedback from chat participants to help improve user experience and service delivery.
- Promote upcoming school events, workshops, and application deadlines.
- Represent the school's values and culture in all online interactions.

Requirements
- A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly and engagingly, making complex topics accessible.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
- Strong desire to help others and create a positive first impression.
- Familiarity with the mission and programs of the School of Science & Technology (or a quick learner).
- Adaptability and a positive attitude when interacting with diverse inquiries.
