Job Summary:
Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care. You will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, preventive care, and safe mobility strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
