About the Role: Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinical team in Coalinga, CA. In this role, you will work closely with patients to manage movement dysfunction, promote physical recovery, and improve overall quality of life through individualized therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete detailed physical therapy evaluations, reviewing patient history, strength, range of motion, and functional capabilities.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable goals aimed at reducing pain and restoring mobility.
Administer direct physical therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, corrective exercises, and the use of physical modalities.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain comprehensive, compliant, and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and clinical progress.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid, active Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of California.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
