Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time clinical role in Tehachapi, CA. In this position, you will serve as a key provider for rehabilitative care, managing physical evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and long-term recovery plans. You will work closely with an integrated healthcare team dedicated to restoring patient mobility, alleviating pain, and offering top-tier clinical guidance within the local community.
Provide comprehensive physical examinations, accurate diagnoses, and tailored rehab treatment.
Formulate long-term health management plans for patients dealing with complex mobility conditions.
Order, interpret, and review physical functional tests and routine developmental screenings.
Prescribe necessary therapeutic exercises and closely track clinical efficacy over time.
Coordinate complex care pathways with specialized medical consultants and healthcare professionals.
Maintain highly detailed, compliant patient data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent accredited field.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.
Current CPR/BLS certification and strong clinical communication competencies.
