You will work closely with an integrated healthcare team dedicated to restoring patient mobility, alleviating pain, and offering top-tier clinical guidance within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical examinations, accurate diagnoses, and tailored rehab treatment.

• Formulate long-term health management plans for patients dealing with complex mobility conditions.

• Order, interpret, and review physical functional tests and routine developmental screenings.

• Prescribe necessary therapeutic exercises and closely track clinical efficacy over time.

• Coordinate complex care pathways with specialized medical consultants and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain highly detailed, compliant patient data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent accredited field.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.

• Current CPR/BLS certification and strong clinical communication competencies.
