Job Description:

Intuitive Health Services is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care and promote the overall health and well-being of patients. The Physician will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, perform routine examinations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and assess patient health conditions.

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling.

• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active California Physician and Surgeon License.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty preferred.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Previous experience in primary care, community health, correctional healthcare, or hospital settings preferred.
