About the Role: Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate full-time Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional medical care to patients in the Diamond Bar, CA community. In this role, you will serve as the principal care provider, diagnosing illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventative health strategies to improve patient wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient histories, and clinical evaluations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, developing customized, patient-centered care plans.
Prescribe appropriate medications, order diagnostic laboratory work or imaging studies, and interpret clinical results.
Counsel patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, dietary choices, and lifestyle adjustments.
Coordinate care with medical specialists and interdisciplinary team members when necessary.
Maintain timely, comprehensive, and compliant electronic health records (EHR) for all patient encounters.
Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Current, valid DEA registration for controlled substances.
Strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
