Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical examinations, accurate diagnoses, and treatment interventions.

• Formulate long-term health management plans for patients dealing with complex chronic conditions.

• Order, interpret, and review laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and routine preventative screenings.

• Prescribe necessary pharmacological therapies and track clinical efficacy over time.

• Coordinate complex care pathways with specialized medical consultants and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain highly detailed, compliant patient data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Requirements

• Education: Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of California.

• Current DEA certification and strong clinical communication competencies.
