About the Role

Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing healthcare team in Vacaville, CA. In this full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, providing comprehensive, high-quality preventative care, acute treatment, and chronic disease management. You will work closely with an integrated healthcare team to foster a patient-centered environment focused on long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse patient population.

• Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) and develop long-term wellness plans.

• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory procedures, and screenings.

• Prescribe medications and recommend evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Refer patients to medical specialists and collaborate on complex care plans.

• Maintain highly detailed, accurate, and secure Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of California, with current DEA registration.

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient care.
