About the Role

The Fire Department of Liberty Township is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Project Manager to lead data management initiatives. This role supports public safety by ensuring department data is accurate, secure, and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver data entry and management projects.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and guide data entry staff and contractors.

Maintain procedures, project documentation, timelines, milestones, and status reports.

Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Identify risks, resolve data issues, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with IT and internal teams to improve workflows and efficiency.

Prepare project updates and reports for department leadership.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience managing data entry or data management projects.

Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Proficiency with project management software and data entry platforms.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team.
