Become a member of our elite transaction team as an independent consultant. You will complete tuition-free certification training from the International Institute of Business Value to become an Ambassador of Business Value and a Transaction Transition Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to expand your current consulting by assisting business owners in carrying their stewardship forward to buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete tuition-free certification training (approx. 13 hours).

• Conduct reverse business appraisals and value assessments using provided software.

• Collaborate with owners, buyers, accountants, and legal teams to maximize value.

• Build and manage your own client portfolio and consultancy team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of business ownership or executive leadership.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Skills: Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and executive communication.

• Tech & Traits: Reliable internet, computer proficiency, self-starter, and adaptable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Model: Independent Contractor / Consultancy (100% Remote).

• Earning Potential: $100k+ annually based on project profits and program bonuses.

• Training: Ambassador certification provided at no cost, with $75 per session credit for the first 8 sessions. Certification is required before client work.
