Imperial Locum is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality mental health care in Patton, CA. This position offers a premier compensation rate of $300/hour for an experienced professional ready to deliver vital psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and crisis intervention within a structured healthcare environment.
Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic interviews, and mental status examinations.
Treatment: Design, implement, and track individualized, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing pharmacological and psychotherapeutic interventions.
Medication Management: Monitor patient responses to psychiatric medications, managing dosages and adjusting plans to ensure safety and clinical efficacy.
Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical social workers, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive care.
Crisis Response: Provide urgent assessment and stabilization for patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises.
Compliance: Maintain precise, timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) following state regulations.
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted California Medical License.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; active DEA license.
