Job Description:

Intuitive Health Services is seeking a qualified Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services in a professional healthcare setting. The selected candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, and support patients in achieving positive mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological, behavioral, and psychosocial assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and crisis intervention counseling.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide case management and discharge planning support.

• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Active California Psychologist License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License.

• Doctorate in Psychology or Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Experience providing mental health assessments and therapeutic services.

• Strong communication, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

• Previous behavioral health, correctional, or healthcare experience preferred.
