Intuitive Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to provide essential clinical nutrition services within a correctional facility in Soledad. Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed nutritional screenings and assessments for inmates, identifying specific dietary requirements and potential risks.
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for chronic and acute conditions, ensuring compliance with facility guidelines.
- Prescribe and adjust therapeutic diets, supplements, and enteral feedings in collaboration with medical staff.
- Conduct regular audits of food service operations to ensure adherence to sanitation, portion control, and dietary prescription accuracy.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expert nutritional input for patient care conferences.
- Document all nutritional care meticulously in electronic health records, adhering to strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
- Proven experience in clinical dietetics, preferably in an institutional or acute care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic diets and their application to complex medical conditions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a highly regulated environment.
