We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Vacaville, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing individualized nutrition plans, and providing education that promotes healthy eating habits and disease prevention. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their health goals.
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and screenings.
Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs.
Provide counseling for weight management, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle changes.
Educate patients and families on proper nutrition and dietary practices.
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Stay informed about current nutrition research and healthcare guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential preferred.
Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Experience in clinical, hospital, or healthcare settings is an advantage.
