Intuitive Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our full-time healthcare team in Atascadero, CA. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care, support treatment plans, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.
• Educate patients and families about medications, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with professional, legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
