Intuitive Health Services is seeking a Contract Registered Nurse in Ione, California (95640). The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical teams, and ensure safe, evidence-based treatment in a healthcare environment.
Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient conditions. Monitor vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop individualized care plans. Respond promptly to patient needs and manage priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and healthcare regulations. Provide patient and family education and emotional support when needed.
Participate in care coordination, report changes in patient condition, and assist in emergency or critical care situations.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. CPR/BLS certification may be required.
