Key Objectives

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders.

• Promote Carlisle Local Schools’ programs, services, and initiatives effectively.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to support district goals and community engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall district objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.

• Provide timely feedback and reports to district leadership on market trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support promotional efforts.

• Ensure compliance with all district policies and ethical standards in sales practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
