Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is looking for a passionate Spanish Translator to help bridge communication between our medical staff and Spanish‑speaking patients. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in a supportive, fast‑paced healthcare environment where accuracy and empathy are paramount.

Job Responsibilities
- Translate patient intake forms, discharge instructions, consent documents, and internal communications from English to Spanish and vice‑versa.
- Use CAT tools such as SDL Trados or MemoQ to maintain consistency and speed.
- Perform thorough proofreading and editing to ensure medical terminology is correct and culturally appropriate.
- Collaborate with clinicians to clarify ambiguous terms and verify translations.
- Maintain and update glossaries, term bases, and style guides.
- Meet tight turnaround times while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0‑1 year experience in translation or related field.
- Fluent Spanish‑English proficiency with strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAT tools (training provided if needed).
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Interest in medical terminology and willingness to learn industry‑specific language.
