Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking patients, handling appointment scheduling, follow‑up calls, and documentation.
- Manage electronic health records, ensuring accurate entry of clinical notes and test results.
- Coordinate telehealth sessions and facilitate communication between physicians, patients, and insurance providers.
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Contribute to outreach initiatives by translating patient education materials and newsletters.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, ideally in a medical or patient‑focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and at least one EHR system.
- Strong multitasking abilities, self‑motivation, and comfort working independently from home.
